We use a FleXYZ which offers the latest in laser marking. The Electrox Rapid III is a 30W fiber laser that has various frequencies and pulse widths that allow it to remove regular and hard anodize coatings but also can make dark marks on stainless steel or deep etch into metals. The FleXYZ workstation incorporates a large marking area, programmable X,Y and Z-axis movements to address all types of parts. A rotary attachment can be implemented into the FleXYZ workstation to mark circular parts.

Process: Advanced Material Analysis

This process is ideal for measurements on pc-boards, plug contacts and other fine electrical components. Our advanced material analysis instruments — such as our micro focus and proportional counter tubes — accurately and quickly inspect materials. Our instruments are also ideal for testing mass-production or long runs thanks to interchangeable apertures and a programmable XY(Z) measuring stage.


Process: X-Ray Analysis

Get fast, accurate analysis results and coating thickness readings on even the smallest and thinnest concentrations and coatings using our x-ray instrument with silicon PIN detectors. This process is also ideal for automated sample measurements because of the precise XY(Z) measuring stage.


Process: Magnetic Induction

This is for determination of ferrite content in austenitic welded products and in duplex steel; it results in standard-conforming, non-destructive determinations. We have the ability to quickly measure ferrite content on site between 0.1 and 80% Fe.


Process: Eddy Current

Measures the hardness and strength of heat-treated materials as well as heat damage and metal fatigue. Its chief application is measuring electrical conductivity in metals such as aluminum, copper and stainless steel or non-ferrous metals.


Process: Non Destructive Testing – Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection

This process is used to determine defects in parts that could compromise their integrity or quality. It is a type of dye penetrant inspection in which fluorescent dye is applied to surfaces of non-porous materials.
