In addition to our experience with aircraft metal finishing and coatings, we have become a trusted source for the plating, or metalizing, of numerous alternative substrates including polymers, ceramics, and rare earth elements. This ability is vital where engineering requirements demand light-weight components, complex profiles, or combined insulated and conductive properties.

INCERTEC also excels at traceability, which is critical to aerospace electroplating customers. We’re able to trace the production of parts through processing — including the chemistry used — through a state-of-the-art barcode tracking system. Records are stored up to ten years electronically, in case our customers need to determine the origin of an issue.


GE Aviation Special Process Certification

This certifies that a review has been completed of INCERTEC’s technical resources and quality system controls used for the named processes (as listed on GT-193) and found them to be capable of satisfying the requirements of the specifications listed there as well, subject to the limitations in AE Quality Specification S-1000 for Category I or II Suppliers.


National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program is a global cooperative standards-setting program for aerospace engineering, defense and related industries. The mission of NADCAP is to provide international, unbiased, independent manufacturing process and product assessments and certification services for the purpose of adding value, reducing total cost, and facilitating relationships between subscribers and suppliers. INCERTEC is accredited by NADCAP for chemical processing. Being accredited assures our customers that our work complies with, and is audited against, the toughest standards in the industry.

AS9100 SAE

AS9100 is a widely adopted and standardized quality management system for the aerospace industry, originally released by the Society of Automotive Engineers and European Association of Aerospace Industries. Major aerospace manufacturers and suppliers worldwide require compliance and/or registration to AS9100 as a condition of doing business with them.
