TYPES OF MASKING PLUGS & SCREWS
Pull Plugs: Made from silicone or EPDM chemical resistant material. Ideal for threaded and non-threaded holes.
Tapered Plugs: Made from silicone or EPDM chemical resistant material. Ideal for blind non-threaded holes.
Nylon Self Tapping Screws: Most commonly used for blind threaded holes.
Metal Screws: INCERTEC has some stock sizes, but most of these are based on project needs. Not ideal for every application.
Custom Plugs or Screws: For larger projects or projects that require more detail, it might be better to design a custom plug or screw.
TYPES OF MASKING TAPE METHODS
Roll Tape: Chemical resistant rolls and sheets that can be cut to any size.
Spot Faces: Specifically cut to a certain diameter. Typically used around a hole for a spot face/grounding application.
Custom Die Cuts: For larger projects or projects that require more detail, it might be better to have some die cuts made.
